Day 2 (260 km)
On the first day of the tour, starting from the beautiful sea view of the Passetto in Ancona, we will explore the dirt roads and secondary roads that will take us from the Marche coast towards the most panoramic and open Umbria, with 360-degree views of woods, mountains, and valleys of the provinces of Ancona, Macerata, and Perugia, gradually climbing in altitude. The stop for refreshment/lunch in Colfiorito will be an opportunity to taste the zero-kilometer dishes of the tradition. The second part of the day will be dedicated to the trails that wind through the various spectacular plateaus that border Marche and Umbria. A welcome with a guided tour of the historic center and a quick tasting of traditional local products will precede the typical dinner in Nocera Umbra, at the end of the day.

Day 3 (290 km)
After the "coffee start" in Nocera Umbra, we will depart for a journey that will take us back to the Marche region, traveling along dirt roads and white roads first at higher altitudes, such as Monte Pennino, Monte Vermenone, and Monte Gemmo, all with unique panoramas, and then descending to reach the gentle hills that overlook the hilly areas of the region, towards the Adriatic Sea. Also on this day, the refreshment/lunch stop will mark the turning point of the day, tasting the local cuisine at a farm nestled in a dreamlike valley, Valdicastro. Once we set off again, we will make a short stop in Elcito, an ancient fortified village on a rocky spur, from which the view opens up to the sea. The return, through smooth white roads and dirt roads, will take us down in altitude and allow us to enjoy the continuous change of the landscape, among ancient villages and rows of vineyards. Now in view of the final arrival, we will stop for a small tasting in Staffolo, home to the most important wineries producing the renowned Verdicchio wine. The arrival, in the late afternoon, in Ancona.
