Day 1: ITALY – WINDHOEK
Departure with Qatar Airways or Ethiopian Airlines flight from Rome Fiumicino or Milan Malpensa (available on request)
Day 2: ARR. IN WINDHOEK (-/-/-)
Arrival in Windhoek in the morning where we will be greeted by our Italian-speaking guide for the transfer to the hotel. Rooms available. Free lunch. City tour in the afternoon and free dinner. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 3: WINDHOEK – OTJIWARONGO (B/-/D) 220 km
Breakfast at the hotel. We get on our bikes for the first day of this fantastic trip to Namibia. North direction with arrival in the afternoon in Otjiwa at our Safari Lodge to enjoy a first Safari until sunset. Dinner in the Lodge. Overnight stay.
Day 4: OTJIWARONGO – ETOSHA NTL PARK (B/-/D) 220 Km
Breakfast at the hotel. We leave calmly again towards the North. The road takes us into the heart of Africa to the interior of one of the most famous parks in the Nation: the Etosha National Park, a natural habitat of the most important predators in Africa. We will have the opportunity to enjoy the relaxation and tranquility in our Lodge immersed in the savannah, where giraffes are used to wandering around in peace. Dinner in the lodge. Overnight stay.
Day 5: SAFARI ETOSHA NTL PARK (B/-/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. We leave the bikes to rest today and immerse ourselves in the heart of the park….get ready to meet Zebras, Rhinos, Lions, Giraffes and many other "house" inhabitants up close. Return to the lodge in the afternoon. Time available to relax. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: ETOSHA – OMARURU (ERONGO MOUNTAIN) (B/-/-) 300 Km
Breakfast at the hotel. Namibia certainly does not stop surprising and towards the Ocean we head to the mountainous area with new breathtaking landscapes, riding a mix of asphalt and dirt road until we arrive and enjoy the mystical atmosphere of this timeless place in the heart of the Erongo Mountain Park, cradle of many varieties of wild animals such as the African rhino. Before arriving at the Lodge we will stop at the Omandumba San village living museum. Where the Bushmen, considered the oldest indigenous population in Africa, still live. Accommodation and dinner at the Lodge. Overnight stay.
Day 7: OMARURU – SWAKOPMUND (B/-/-) 265 Km
Breakfast at the hotel. We leave towards the Ocean and immediately a mix of asphalt and dirt road takes us to the iconic Spitzkuppe Mountain massif known as the "Matterhorn of Namibia". We will arrive in the afternoon in Swakopmund which, with its streets dotted with palm trees and avenues along the Ocean, make this city the seaside destination of all Namibia. Accommodation in hotel. Free dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 8: SWAKOPMUND (B/-/-)
70 Km Breakfast at the hotel. Only a short ride to get to Walvis Bay where our boat awaits us for a day at sea dedicated to sighting the marine Big5, such as the Whale and the White Shark. Return in the afternoon to the Hotel. Free dinner to be enjoyed in one of the many restaurants along the city's ocean. Overnight stay.
Day 9: SWAKOPMUND – SOLITAIRE (B/-/D) 265 Km
Breakfast at the hotel. We leave the coast to return to the heart of Namibia. A whole day of off-road awaits us; first the famous Canyons generated by the Kuised and Gaub rivers and then cross the Kuiseb Pass, the Tropic of Capricorn with a mandatory photo stop. We will reach the town of Solitaire, famous for its apple strudel. Located "in the middle of Nowhere" it will be our evening stop. Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge.
Day 10: SOLITAIRE- SESRIEM AKA SOSSUSVLEI (B/-/D) 150 km
Breakfast at the hotel. Entire off-road stage to reach the heart of the Namib desert. The day will be long and with several stops to enjoy the solitude of the desert and after crossing Helmeringhausen and Betta, we will arrive in Sesriem, the main gateway to the famous Namib Naukluft Park, the most famous dunes in all of Namibia. Accommodation at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11: SESRIEM – SOSSUSVLEI – DEADVLEI – SESRIEM (B/-/D)
We leave our bikes to rest for this day of excursion by Jeep and guided tour. Departure at 06:00 with a picnic breakfast to enter the fantastic Desert of Red Dunes of Namibia, arriving first in Sossuvlei and then Deadvlei and enjoy the spectacle of this magical place. Return to the lodge for lunch time and the rest of the day available for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 12: SESRIEM – WINDHOEK (B/-/-) 330 km
Breakfast at the hotel. Here we are at our last stage in the wonderful land of Namibia. Route north to reach the capital Windhoek where we will celebrate the end of this fantastic adventure in one of the most beautiful nations on the African continent. Overnight stay.
Day 13: WINDHOEK – ITALY (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Italy.
Day 14: Arrival in Italy in the morning. End of services.
