Day 1 - Ancona - Igoumenitsa (-/-/-)
Participants meet at the Anek Lines desk, Maritime Station, Port of Ancona. Complete port formalities and embark on the Anek Lines ferry. Settle into your reserved cabins on board. Depart for Igoumenitsa. Dinner at your leisure and overnight on board.
Day 2 - Igoumenitsa - Kavala - Transfer Stage 480 km
Upon disembarking in Igoumenitsa, we'll head northeast towards Kavala. We'll stop for lunch during the journey and then continue to Kavala, where we'll spend the night. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 – Kavala - Çanakkale (B/-/D) 350 km
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll continue northeast towards the Turkish border at İpsala. After completing customs procedures and finally entering Turkey, we'll proceed to the first town to purchase a Turkish SIM card. Lunch nearby, then we'll continue towards the beautiful new bridge, inaugurated in 2020, which crosses the Dardanelles Strait. Arrive in Çanakkale in the afternoon. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 4 - Çanakkale - Kuşadası (B/-/D) 410 km
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Kuşadası, following the wonderful coast rich in coves and beautiful landscapes, visiting the ancient city of Pergamon. Arrive in the afternoon and check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 - Kuşadası - Pamukkale (B/-/D) 210 km
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Pamukkale. We'll immediately reach the magnificent site of Ephesus, famous for the Library of Celsus. We'll stop for lunch along the way, arriving in Pamukkale in the early afternoon, where we'll spend the night. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 6 - Pamukkale - Konya - 430 km
Breakfast at the hotel. Beautiful roads will take us along three lakes, including the truly spectacular Lake Eğirdir. We'll then continue towards Konya, where we'll spend the night. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 7 – Konya – Göreme (Cappadocia) (B/-/D) 410 km
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll head north to "enter" the salty Lake Tuz Gölü, Turkey's second-largest lake. We'll stop for lunch and then continue to the oldest cave church in Selime before proceeding to Göreme, where we'll admire the sunset over Rose Valley. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 8 – Cappadocia (B/-/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. For those who book the hot air balloon ride (not included), it's an early wake-up call. Organizers will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the launch area, providing a packed breakfast. With the others, we'll take our motorcycles (or a taxi) to see the spectacle from a panoramic viewpoint. Around 10 AM, we'll meet back at the hotel with the whole group to resume our motorcycles and visit other areas of this incredible location. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 - Cappadocia - Özkonak - Boğazkale - Çorum - 300 km
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Özkonak, one of the wonderful underground cities. After the visit, we'll continue north towards Boğazkale, where we'll visit the oldest Hittite city. We'll then proceed to Çorum, where we'll spend the night. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 10 - Çorum - Safranbolu - Bolu - 480 km
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll begin our "return" by heading west. The first stop is the splendid Safranbolu. We'll then continue towards Bolu, where we'll spend the night. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 11 - Bolu - Istanbul (B/-/D) - 260 km
Breakfast at the hotel and off we go towards Istanbul! One of Turkey's most bustling cities with over 15 million inhabitants, it's Europe's most populous center. Also known as Constantinople or Byzantium, Istanbul, though not the state capital, remains the primary financial, industrial, and cultural hub. The city is a true metropolis spanning between Thrace (in Europe) and Anatolia (in Asia), thus appearing as the only city in the world belonging to two continents.
Day 12 - Istanbul
Day dedicated to exploring the city. Dinner at your leisure.
Day 13 - Istanbul - Thessaloniki - 600 km
ATTENTION - departure at 6:00 AM! We've found that this is the best time to leave the city to avoid getting stuck for at least two hours in various junctions/beltways. This transfer stage will take us to the İpsala border, and after customs formalities, we'll head towards Thessaloniki. Overnight and dinner at the hotel.
Day 14 - Thessaloniki - Kalabaka - 270 km
Breakfast at the hotel. This stage will alternate between motorway sections and national roads around Mount Olympus. Arrive in Kalabaka, where we can visit the famous Meteora. Overnight and dinner at the hotel.
Day 15 - Kalabaka - Igoumenitsa - 180 km
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll have the entire morning for a good visit to Meteora. After lunch, we'll head towards the enchanting Metsovo before continuing to Igoumenitsa, where we'll embark for Italy. Dinner at your leisure.
Day 16 - Expected arrival in Ancona at 4:30 PM.
